1. General Policy & Legal Disclaimer
All services purchased from Oak and Ember Hot Yoga Studio, including but not limited to drop in passes, class packages, memberships, and workshops, are final sale and non refundable. We do not offer refunds, transfers, or extensions for unused portions of memberships or class passes due to change of mind, relocation, or any other personal reason.
Membership Cancellations
*Notice Period: To cancel an auto-renewing membership, a written request must be submitted via email to oakandemberhotyogastudio@gmail.com 30 days prior to your next scheduled billing date.
*Minimum Commitment: If your membership is subject to a minimum commitment period (e.g., 3months), cancellations will only take effect after the commitment is met.
*Failed Payments: Any declined credit card payments or NSF debits may be subject to a 25$ administrative fee.
Class Cancellations & No-Shows
*Cancellation Window: Reserved classes must be cancelled through our online booking system or app at least 2 hours before scheduled start time.
*Late Cancellations/No-Shows: late cancellations may result in class credit being forfeited for pass holders, or a 11$ late cancel fee will be charged to unlimited members. Failure to attend a reserved class without cancelling will result in the loss of class credit or a 15$ no show fee.
